Role and responsibilities

• 与开发工程和我们的制造合作伙伴互动，以确保适当和及时的并发工程，包括：设计：制造性，测试，成本，可维护性等。
• 生成工作声明（SOW），以确保ASML与供应商之间的明确角色和职责，以及清晰的记录制造计划
• 定义与D＆E和制造工程保持一致的产品资格策略

• 对供应商或客户的产品/流程的任何质量相关投诉实施改进计划

教育和经验

• BS Degree or relevant years of experience in Engineering/Science like Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or equivalent scientific/engineering discipline
• Quality Certifications are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and/or Quality Engineering
• New Product Development – A good understanding of the product development and Industrialization process (including DFM, DFT, DFC, etc)

• Electrical SQE must have a thorough understanding of the SMT processes, factory testing strategies (from API thru final FT), PCBA DFM, Box Build Processes, and be familiar with Failure Analysis methodologies
• Auditing – Possess a strong understanding of Quality Systems with experience conducting Supplier and/or Internal audits

The California base annual salary/hourly range for this role is currently $107,625.00-$179,375.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
