角色和责任

The mission of our team is to validate and optimize the productivity of ASML EUV systems; that is, maximize the number of wafers exposed by each lithography system per day. As such we have a direct impact on enabling ASML customers to increase their production capabilities (wafer per day = WpD) on ASML EUV systems. To support this mission, we predict performances and validate, analyze & drive improvements which result in increased WpD. Our Productivity group consists of 22 team members and is part of the Development & Engineering (DE) sector within ASML. You will work in an Agile team within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor field data and perform analyses to identify trends & initiate proposals for new Productivity Enhancement Packages

• Ensure that the development engineers from other ASML projects understand the improvement proposals they are asked to develop
• Act as a Productivity consultant to Development, Product management and Customer Support groups during the development phase
• Support the Productivity PL in defining the integration and validation strategy
• Validate the software improvements developed (by other Development engineers) to increase WpD on existing EUV systems in the field

Education and experience

Technical University Master or PhD in (applied) physics, mechanical or aerospace engineering.
