You will also spend time working to grow and develop talent, complete projects with cross functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversees receiving Incoming Inspection area withrespect to employee questions, workload, and personnel issues.

• Supports First in, First Out (FIFO) material movement.
• Ensures IQC receiving area is maintained with properlylabeled non-conforming product and adequately segregated to ensure nomixed material.

• Review and approve inspection plans to be executed byIQC personnel.
• Maintains 5S within the department.

• Ensures all safety practices are being followed andimplemented per ASML requirements.

• Maintains calibration compliance for all tools used inwork centers.
• Provides feedback to other quality teams on failures(SQE, QSM, QE).

TheCalifornia base annual salary/hourly range for this role is currently $67,875.00-$113,125.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment withmarket data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and anassessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate,including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education andexperience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative toother team members.
