Introduction to the job

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

• Validate the designed modules/concepts/processes through experiments, modeling and simulation and theories.
• Work cross-functionally and drive implementation of design best practices into product design.

• Provide tech support for system integration process, manufacturing process and field troubleshooting process.

教育和经验

• Bachelor’s degree (Junior or Senior level) from Materials Science Engineering OR Mechanical Engineering background.Master’s degree preferred.

• Strong knowledge or design experiencein Electrostatic chuck, Metallurgy, Coating process.
• Good hands-on experiments experience with strong design-of-experiments (DOE) skills to plan, conduct, analyze, and interpret results of controlled tests.
• 具有材料表征工具和数据分析的经验，包括但不限于光学检查，SEM，EDX，FTIR等。
• Knowledge of and experience with MATLAB or Python.
• 团队合作精神与团队成员。
• Good capability to evaluate and work outside contractors, consultants, and machine shops.
