Field Application Manager / HMI

Job Description

Lead Kioxia & ROJ Apps Team in Japan (except Micron Fab 15)

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Field Service team to provide value to customer

Setup recipes on the eBeam inspection tools at customer site

Support new recipe setups, gap defect detection, new function test, customer training and issue escalation.

Support Metrology projects in collaboration with ASML

Support field evaluation, JEP and Demo

Collect competitor activities including application market share and utilization.

Lead customer meeting and defines customer technical requirements, through deep analysis and clear understanding

Technically leads difficult, complex application activities and team

Travel and stay abroad to support China or US on the job when necessary

Education

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics

Experience

Above 12-15 years’ experience in related areas.

Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work related experience as MI engineer from customer or other equivalent suppliers

Experience in defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products
