The Performance & Integration cluster within ASML D&E is responsible for system integration and industrialization of our scanner products. Typically bridging between the D&E engineering teams and our customers in factory and field.
The Agile/SAFe way of working, which is becoming common throughout the engineering domain, is also introduced in the P&I Industrialization department. By nature of the integration activities, this requires a tailored approach and a culture change in the teams.

As a Scrum Master your responsibilities are:

• Be the main contact person for the deliverables during execution for stakeholders of the teams

• You drive daily operation of the multidisciplinary team.
• Work in close relationship with the Product Owners to maintain the team backlog and planning

• You interface with stakeholders of the team, both in the department and in other sectors.
• Act as a Agile ambassador on department and cluster level.
• Continuously evaluate and improve team’s performance by addressing and taking away impediments.

Education and experience

Solid technical background, MSc in e.g. Physics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, physics.
