Introduction to the job

角色和责任

•协助帐户经理进行销售活动
•On time tracking for sales business activities. Details oriented and be capable of tracking tasks proactively to meet customer requirement.
•Regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including finance, legal, logistics, CS, account managers, users and buyers

•Forecast creation & update
•Apply DST for special deal & trace approval progress
•Quote Creation
•PO tracking and booking
•Delivery tracking and follow up
•Machine FAT report delivery & follow up signature
•Payment tracking & update
•Legal Agreement sign-off
•Other commercial follow up (Consolidate sales report…)

Education and experience

Bachelor degree

•3~ 5 years working experience in business & commercial order management process.
•Knowledge and experience in semiconductor equipment industry is preferred
