工作简介

The Privacy Analyst reports within the ASML Privacy Office, part of the ASML Legal & Compliance department. The Privacy Office supports ASML in its privacy compliance journey, in which the Privacy Analyst plays a key role by being amongst others responsible for the execution and improvement of processes related to personal data breaches and data subject requests. Furthermore, the Privacy Analyst contributes to setting up and maintaining the ASML privacy practice, provides operational support to both the Privacy Office and the entire ASML organization in order to enable and to monitor the implementation of the ASML privacy strategy, ASML privacy programs and ASML privacy control framework. In this role the Privacy Analyst works in close collaboration with Monitoring Officer and Privacy Business Partners.

Role and responsibilities

• Being responsible for executing the following Privacy Processes in alignment with the relevant Privacy Business Partners, engaging with both data subjects and with internal and external key stakeholders to the Privacy Office:
  • Personal Data Breaches
  • 隐私Rights Requests (i.e. Individual Rights, Data Subject Access Requests / Complaints)
• Being responsible for the execution of the set up and maintenance of ASML Privacy service providers (i.e. IAPP, OneTrust, DataGuidance) in alignment with the relevant Privacy Business Partners

• Providing operational support to the Privacy Office for the development of Privacy Notices, Policies, Procedures, Guides and Operational Instructions

The ASML Privacy Office is part of the ASML Privacy Practice, based on a dual-layers organization, composed by the Privacy Office itself and by the Privacy Network. The ASML Privacy Office acts as focal point for all the privacy and personal data protection matters within the company and has the main duties to:

• Define the Privacy strategy and framework, leading and overseeing its group-wide implementation,
• Advise management on privacy and personal data protection related risks (i.e. through DPIAs),
