The Operations Industrialization Program Manager will lead the industrialization of critical opto-mechanical modules in the Wilton Factory. The candidate will lead their matrixed teams to develop roadmaps to meet critical manufacturing KPIs such as move rate capability, cycle time and labor hours. This person will then drive their team to identify actions to meet targets identified in the roadmap. The candidate will align on requests from operations with the cross functional team and drive for delivery of improvements and tooling to meet critical manufacturing commitments. He/She will identify and escalate critical production issues that are limiting output of their module and work with cross functional team to quickly resolve and recover output schedule. The candidate will evaluate products for make/buy decisions, taking into account the manufacturing competencies and cost or time to market for a competitive advantage for ASML in technology. This person will be responsible for engaging the cross-sectoral team to drive outsourcing initiatives with the goal of aligning current product line with the vision of the future factory business portfolio.
