Group Leader HTT Project Management

Introduction to the job

The Handling & Transport Technology (HTT) department in D&E is responsible for the engineering and industrialization of the tooling and packaging required to lift and transport all ASML products and parts; in- and out-side the cleanroom, at the customer and at ASML.

As ASML is growing, we see that the product portfolio is increasing rapidly. As every product must be transported to and installed at our customers all this requires HTT engineering solutions. The increasing number of HTT projects creates a bigger challenge for our HTT project managers.

To invest in the HTT project management competence and provide the right support to all project managers, we decided to create a dedicated HTT Project Management group. This group will allocate project managers to the HTT projects in all ASML Business Lines, including non-PGP projects.

To lead this new group within the D&E MD Handling & Transport Technology department, we are looking for a Group Leader HTT Project Management.

As Group Leader HTT Project Management you’ll:

• Operationally lead the team, support project managers with their daily project challenges

• Organize the group (competence and size) based on the rapidly changing ASML portfolio

• Take care and develop your people via coaching, training & appraisals

• Manage the yearly business planning process (TAP) on department level

Education and experience

• 学士or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical degree

• 多年的项目管理经验

• Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments on all levels

• Proven people leader that is able to coach and develop others

• Preferably: you already understand ASML’s organization and its sectors
