Introduction to the job
The Order Management Desk (OMD) is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Customer Service (CS) quotations and contract orders for ASML CS products (contracts, direct spare parts, billable labor) within the GES Customer Financial Services team of ASML. It is a challenging position in a dynamic and international oriented environment with tight deadlines and direct impact on ASML’s financial results.
The Financial analyst Order Management Desk monitors the registration of CS quotations and contracts as well as focusing on end-to-end process optimization.
Role and responsibilities
- Assuring accurate, complete and in-time follow-up and registration of quotation and order process;
- Driving value-added feedback and review to ensure compliance of quotations and orders in financial administration;
- Closely co-operate and communicate with Global Account and Finance team members to ensure contracts eventually result in correct revenue recognition compliant with US GAAP.
- Closely co-operate and communicate with account managers and account support for quotation and orders updates
- Closely co-operate and communicate with other stakeholders in the process
- Proactively seeking for continuous improvements in the execution of own and group activities, by improving efficiency and driving standardization.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance and/or Business Economics.

Other information
The California base annual salary / hourly range for this role is currently $47,625 - $79,375. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
