Introduction to the job

Provide configuration management solution to field operations and deliver planned upgrade deliverables for improving operational performance of EUV products

角色和责任

• Maintain NXE system configuration fromfactory and IB (installed base), commercial upgrade systems inthe customer sites
• Drive various project e.g. CCT(Configuration Compliance Tool) roll out, Diagnostic improvement anddeliver field requirements to ASML Veldhoven
• Collaborate with ASML Korea and Veldhovenstakeholders to achieve configuration L1 KPI

• Prepare system Schedule Down, commercialupgrade plans for execution by FSE (field service engineer) toimplement rollout solution

Education and experience

Experience
• 2-5 years ASML EUV or DUV system experienceas engineers & technical coordinator is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communicationskills, able to level with stakeholders (customer, colleagues, etc.)
• Work experience in performance improvement,change management, and/or cost reduction programs is preferred
• Ability to drive central team & localteam in different location
