The Wilton Business Change Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving change interventions in Wilton Factory related to business process & IT improvements. The BCM ensures the change interventions are tailored to the specific needs of the Wilton organization. The BCM develops and drives the change plan and engages Wilton resources and stakeholders to ensure all change impacts are mitigated and people readiness criteria are met before go-live and sustained after go-live.
