Scrum Master & Java Development Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a Scrum Master for a team of Software Developers and Test Engineers
• Implement Agile ways of working in the pursue of improving the Agile maturity of the team

• Analyze, design and develop new software components with Java to support new features for systems on the cutting edge of technology
• Improve the software quality of existing products by fixing issues and refactoring
• Interact with other disciplines such as physics, mechatronics, customer support and factory

Education and Experience

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Development or Software Engineering

• 5年或更长时间的Java开发经验
• Experience in the complete software development life cycle applying strong coding practices, including conducting peer code reviews, developing unit tests, documentation and experience with agile methods
• Applying Scrum preferably in SAFe environment with a track record of improving team level agility
