Each person within EUV factory (EF) must be able to do his/her work in a safe working environment. To achieve this, the EF EHS team translates safety regulations and ASML policies to a workable and safe working environment for the EUV factory. The EF EHS team consists of members that all have specific Safety competencies, like for instance Laser safety, electrical safety, and gases. The EF EHS Team supports by ensuring compliancy to safety regulations, improving safety on the working place by means of safety inspections and coaching/explaining, monitoring and reporting safety improvement measures and learnings from incidents. The business partner, together with the safety expert group, connects closely to the factory management to help drive safety culture improvement and projects on safety related topics. These improvements are within the EUV factory, but often need to be aligned globally and cross-sectoral.

Education and experience

·Minimally Bachelor (HBO) degree in Engineering, Safety or level with 5 years of relevant working experience.

·Dutch and English skilled both verbally and in writing.

·Proven industrial experience in multi-disciplinary safety projects.

·Is familiar with and has knowledge of Environment, Health, and Safety.

·Experience with leading a group of people is a plus. Experience with ASML or semiconductor industry is a plus.
