Intern - People Development Intern (1-year-contract) - Tainan

Role and responsibilities

1. Make logistics arrangements for trainings---
Ensure room set up by working with trainer, remind people to join training, update roaster list with vendor and in myLearning
2. Support training follow-up---
Ensure learner’s completion of training evaluations, create regular attendance report to HR, update all historic training record into myLearning,
3. Administer Facet5 system
4. Other ad-hoc learning activity coordination (eg on-site PD workshop arrangement etc)
5. Support vendor payment when appropriate

Education and experience

Master student at University Business/Management School
