Sr. HR Business Partner Manufacturing

In this role you will have a unique combination of being member of the newly formed Manufacturing Services leadership team and focusing on the strategy and execution for the of around 900 employees of this cluster together with 2 HR colleagues while being member of an HR department of 10 colleagues.

In this exciting position you will be responsible for the key activities of the HRBP, and due to business needs with emphasize on the following:

• Integrate business challenges and HR solutions
• Develop People Management capabilities
• Coach leaders to develop high performing teams
• Advise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business
• Drive HR agenda, deploy HR policies and guide the business to run the HR operations

Education and experience

Education
You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree for example in HRM or organizational/business studies.

Experience

• You have at least 8+ years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business.

• You have proven yourself to be a trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and feels free to give advice and feedback to business leaders
