DUV Technical Support Engineer_Positioning(이천)

Introduction to the job

Technical Support Engineer는 고객사에 기술적인 도움을 제공하며 CS 엔지니어들을 도와 생산라인에서 바로 해결하지 못하는 문제를 분석하여 해결하는 역할을 합니다. 복잡한 장비에서 특정 모듈(Mechatronics, Metrology, Illumination, SW, 등)을 담당하여 CS 엔지니어와 고객에서 도움을 주고 글로벌 엔지어와 협업하여 솔루션을 찾아 갑니다. 따라서 Lithography 분야에 관한 많은 지식과 분석적인 사고가 요구되며, 영어로 의사소통이 가능해야 합니다.

Role and responsibilities

• Providesupport to internal and external customers by solving escalated problemsand providing information to ensure the optimum machine performancecriteria are met in the field.
• Develops and implementssolutions to unusual and complex technical problems escalated from fieldservice or by customers.
• Escalates problems toEquipment support per ASML procedure including complete and accurate dataand problem descriptions.
• Performs data analysis ofsystems to resolve problems and/or to improve system performance.
• Recommend and implementimprovements to the hardware and/or process parameters and/or associatedmethodologies/procedures pertaining to the repair/set-up of the ASMLtools.
• Coordinates the variousresources in different locations to solve escalated technical problems.

Education and experience

BachelorDegree or above in related field

Above 3 years of related experience in CS support department

Knowledge for Positioning Engineer : Servo control / Electric / Electronics / Mechatronics / Sensor & Actuator
