Returns & Guarantee
All Electrical Goods Come with a minimum full 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty, subject to test. In same cases, when a product is faulty, we may refer you to the manufacturer, due to their extensive knowledge of their product.
We don’t have a “try before you by “ policy. We may accept unused goods, providing a previous consent on specific cases and providing the goods have not been used and in its original packaging conditions.
Goods found to be damaged by the customer, will be repaired or replaced at the customer’s expense.
Goods subject to a third party contract are not returnable and subjected to manufacturers Warranty, Terms & Conditions.
The purchaser shall, unless otherwise, in writing, be responsible for all carriage, telephone, postal and other incidental charges incurred during the guarantee period.
Typing Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typing error or error on suppliers information we shall have the right to cancel or any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Product Images / Specifications
We make the very up most effort to ensure all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, however, they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect information/images. If you need more specific information about a certain product or if you spot any mistake, please do not hesitate to contact us using the info@spotonsatellites.com
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. Under this circumstance, we will contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled and refund you if that is case.
Deliveries
Majority of the items will be delivered between 2-5 working days unless otherwise stated, in case of delay on products out of stock you will be notified.
We will make every effort to keep any delivery on time, time of delivery shall not be the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of the goods shall be made to the customer’s address and the customer shall make arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for deliver. It is the customer’s responsibility check the numbers of items & goods condition upon delivery.
We do accept any liability to non-deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to receive goods within the expected date.
Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of orders can be made up to the point of dispatch. Once the products have been dispatched, the customer has entered into agreement with these terms & conditions.
Refunds
Please note, if for any reason you are issued with a refund, all refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. A notification mail will be send to you.
A refund, usually takes 4 working days to reach a credit card account after it being processed, please allow up to 10 days in total.
Pricing
All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Complaints
We will respond to all complaints within 5 working days of receipt.
Liability
We shall note be Liable for any changes on the channel grid of any sort, whether they Free To Air channels or payperview.
